So many people move through their lives as adults feeling that they aren’t good enough. And that their contributions to the world are not valuable — that they don’t measure up.
These negative beliefs often stem from experiences in childhood, and they get solidified over time by telling the same disempowering story over and over again.
These beliefs can become so firmly ingrained in our minds that we don’t even realize how deeply they impact us.
The best way to tame these negative beliefs and install a new mindset is to overwhelm them with the TRUTH. By telling a new story about the value you bring to the world.

I hope you truly embraced these statements. But if you had some doubts regarding some of them, that’s okay. You have a lot of years of negative patterns to weed out. They may not go away overnight.
It took time for them to take root and become part of your internal operating system. And it may take some time for you to replace them with your new story — a more empowering story. And what I believe is the truth of who you are. Confident, worthy, and valuable.
