I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again …
Gratitude is the foundation of all personal growth!
The more you appreciate all that you have, the more receptive you are to allowing more good things into your life.
And that’s the purpose of this post — to express your gratitude for the amazing person that you are in all aspects of your life. And we’ll do it with a series of powerful gratitude affirmations you can repeat back to yourself.
If you really want to take things up a notch, listen to this recording every day for at least 21 days in a row to get the most impact from it.
You can watch and listen to the YouTube video, or read the transcript below …

Well done. I hope you truly are filled with a sense of deep gratitude and deep appreciation for the amazing things in your life.
No matter what circumstances are swirling around you at the moment, there are always things that you can be grateful for.
And the more often you express your gratitude, the more things you’ll find to be thankful for. So make it a regular habit.
Listen to this recording, or my many other gratitude recordings, on a regular basis — on a daily basis, if that serves you. And make it a practice to continually look for the good in your life (and even the not-so-good) and be grateful for it all.
