Welcome to this five-minute Law of Attraction meditation on how to attract the life of your dreams.

While many of my recordings can be listened to while you walk or drive, since this is more of a guided meditation and visualization, it would probably be best if you were seated with your eyes closed.

Since we only have five minutes, get in a comfortable position, take a deep breath, and do your best to clear your mind as you follow my voice prompts.

I want you to think of a specific personal goal. It might be to start a business, publish a book, find the perfect romantic partner, or something else you have been aspiring to do.

Now, in your mind’s eye, see yourself reaching that goal. It might be the grand opening of your new business or a successful book signing event or going on a vacation with the love of your life.

But don’t visualize it as an observer. See and feel it through your own eyes, as if you were experiencing it right now.

Deeply imagine how reaching that goal would make you feel, then take a little time right now to fully immerse yourself in the emotion of that experience.

While you have this experience playing on the movie screen of your mind, imagine yourself emitting a vibration that matches that positive emotion you just identified. Think of yourself as a broadcast tower sending out a powerful signal of positive energy.

Do that now.

Now come back to the present moment and imagine moving through your day with that same feeling.

Visualize your mind, body, and soul broadcasting that vibration of having reached your goal. Actually see it in your mind — waves of electricity radiating out from you and into the world.

Take time to do that now.

Now imagine the perfect people and circumstances picking up on your vibration. Imagine everything you need to succeed being available to you and circulating closer to you.

Take another moment to do that.

Well done. Now take this feeling with you as you move through your day. Know that your thoughts and emotions act as a magnet.

Keep an eye out and look for signs that the universe is aligning things in your favor. All you have to do is notice them and take action on them.
