Start Your Day Morning I AM Affirmations | 21 Day Challenge

Welcome to a new 21-day affirmation challenge whereby I encourage you to listen to this recording and recite these affirmations every day for three weeks.

These affirmations were inspired by a number of people that I’ve admired over the years, such as Louise Hay, Abraham Hicks, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Gabby Bernstein, and more.

And my intention is that they inspire you as well.

You can watch and listen to the YouTube video, or read the transcript below …

I invite you right now to take a deep breath, get centered, and prepare to focus on these powerful affirmations.

Ill leave space after each one for you to repeat them back to yourself.

Let’s begin.

Take a deep breath as we bring this session to a close.

If you’ve listened to any of my previous recordings, you know how strongly I feel about setting the foundation for your day first thing in the morning. And that’s exactly what you have just done. You’ve set an intention. You’ve set an expectation for how your day will unfold.

Again, to get the most out of this recording, listen to it every day. Accept my challenge to do it for 21 days in a row. I think that’s how you’ll get the most benefit out of it.

Thanks for listening. I wish you well.
